Monolith
One product for coaches and their athletes: programmes, progress tracking, messaging, media and performance analytics. Designed phone-first, launched with its first Founding Coaches.
Operations, digital transformation and product
I lead operations and build the software they run on, from factory floors to SaaS.

I build operational systems and digital products around real business problems. For over ten years I have led teams in manufacturing, hospitality, healthcare production and software. Today I lead Carinopack’s company-wide ERP and build Monolith, a platform for coaches and athletes. On both I design the process, the data model and the interface, and I write the code myself.
A SaaS product, a company-wide ERP, an AI agent and a booking system. All four are in real use, and each one started as an operational problem.

One product for coaches and their athletes: programmes, progress tracking, messaging, media and performance analytics. Designed phone-first, launched with its first Founding Coaches.
A company-wide ERP built around how the factory really works. Delivered to the team in 2026, it has grown into a wider brief: a faster, more agile company that is ready for remote work.

An AI agent that learned one coach’s method from 601 training days across 39 live programmes. It writes new weeks in his own notation, then opens the browser and uploads them itself.

Clients book their first consultation or a monthly check-in and see live availability and remaining capacity. Designed and shipped in a few days.
Every product begins with a small group of people who choose to believe before everyone else. From the Monolith launch note, 31 July 2026
