Kermanshah trip
Back home, and why some conversations only work face to face.
During my trip to Kermanshah, my hometown, I got a lot of things done. Everything feels much easier here than in Tehran. I also had the opportunity to meet with some friends and colleagues who live and work here.
Sometimes, talking to people online is simply not enough. You need to see them in person, sit down with them, and have a real conversation. Face-to-face meetings help you understand the signals you get from their pace of work, their motivation, and their overall mindset. They also make it easier to communicate why you are happy or concerned about certain things.
I truly believe these conversations work better in person. I really enjoy face-to-face and one-on-one meetings. They help me build stronger relationships, understand people more deeply, and make better decisions as a founder.
